All of our pieces are 100% authentic. We don’t compromise on authenticity. Most of our items have already gone thorough an authentication process by trusted third-party specialists, such as Entrupy. For items without Entrupy inclusion, you may purchase an Authenticity Guarantee with Real Authentication. We will submit your item for authentication, and once it passes the authentication process, we will ship out immediately. Additionally, all of our items are sourced from trusted renown vendors and carefully selected piece by piece. We have formed amazing relationships with human contacts at all of our sourcing sites. We do not use artificial intelligence or bots to do our authentication. If one of our items is later determined to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund plus a reimbursement for any return shipping. Once an item is authenticated, it stays with the life of the bag. A unique QR code is generated and will follow the bag through the resale process.

Very Good (AB) - Faint scratching on hardware or leather, minor creasing, some relaxation, minor residue. Ratings of 9.25 - 9.4

Yes. We guarantee authenticity of all of our products. Most of our products already come with authenticity guarantee. However, if you would like an additional authentication or if a listed item does not already come with a guarantee, you may purchase an authenticity guarantee during checkout for an additional $40. If a third-party expert later proves an item you purchased from us to be unauthentic, we will refund the purchase price in full and reimburse return shipping. Authenticity guarantees apply only if the item has not been altered after purchase.

Not always. Many vintage and some pre-owned items were sold without modern serial systems or original receipts. When serial numbers, holograms, original receipts, boxes, or dust bags are included, we list them explicitly.
