All of our pieces are 100% authentic. We don’t compromise on authenticity. All of our items have gone through an authentication process by trusted third-party specialists. Additionally, all of our items are sourced from trusted renown vendors and carefully selected piece by piece. We have formed amazing relationships with human contacts at all of our sourcing sites. Once an item is authenticated, it stays with the life of the bag. A unique QR code is generated and will follow the bag. If one of our items is later determined to be inauthentic, we offer a full refund plus a reimbursement for any return shipping.

Pristine - New or like new. May come without tags, dust bag, or box. Rating of 9.8
Excellent - No major signs of wear. May have light creasing or light surface wear. Ratings of 9.5 - 9.7
Very Good - Faint scratching on hardware or leather, minor creasing, some relaxation, minor residue. Ratings of 9.25 - 9.4
We do not purchase or sell items that are less than Very Good condition.

Yes! Simply find the bag of your dreams, and on the product page you will find the option to “Reserve Now on Layaway.” You will be directed to our Layaway page where you will need to fill out the required information and we will get you set up from there.

Absolutely. Listings include multiple high-resolution photos taken by our team, showing front, back, sides, interior, hardware, serial numbers or date codes when present, and any flaws. We strive for transparency and accuracy in every description.

Please see the Return Policy page. Generally, we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request. All return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and need to be submitted using our online form found on the Return Policy page.

Domestic orders ship via insured, trackable carriers. Expedited and signature-required options are available. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. International orders are subject to shipping fees and custom duties.

Not always. Many vintage and some pre-owned items were sold without modern serial systems or original receipts. When serial numbers, holograms, original receipts, boxes, or dust bags are included, we list them explicitly.

All shipments are insured. If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and tracking details. We will file a claim and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
